Professor Katrina Charles and Dr Sonia Hoque travelled to Manila in May to participate in the 2025 Asian Development Bank (ADB) Water and Urban Development Forum. Dr Hoque presented their preliminary findings from the Rural Household Water Security assessment, which will contribute to the forthcoming Asian Water Development Outlook 2025.
As part of the ADB forum, the Philippines edition of the Fair Water? exhibition which will be free to visit at the Ayala Museum in Makati City until 28th August this year. Fair Water? Manila has been developed by the University of Oxford, The Ramon Magsaysay Foundation, Ayala Foundation and ADB. A weekly programme of thought-provoking talks from experts, advocates, and changemakers is enabling a local youth audience to explore global and local water security challenges. Visit the Fair Water?
